A LIFELONG BATTLE
In addition to being an advertising creative, I’ve pursued a parallel career as a consultant with dig, an ethnographic research company. I lead small film crews into the homes of regular people, and we emerge with deep emotional insights that allow brands to better connect with their consumers.
Here in the USA, some believe that our national obsession with women’s body shapes is uniquely extreme. But in this research we found that the pressure overseas is sometimes even more intense, and women everywhere yearn for an empathetic voice.
